Pain killers (analgesics) are medicine that we usually take when we feel pain in our body. In this article, I have listed Top 10 Pain killers, antipyretic and anti inflammatory drugs that are selected on the basis of effectiveness to relieve pain. Antipyretic drugs reduce fever while anti inflammatory drugs reduce inflammation.
Most of pain killers have more or less all these 3 properties of relieving pain, reducing inflammation and fever. But Paracetamol is one which has only 2 properties that is relieves pain and reduces fever– no anti inflammatory action.

Contraindication:
